Want to work on preparing for HOSA during the school day? Apply for Sprague's HOSA Independent Study! Guidelines and requirements are linked above. You can pick up a copy of the application anytime in room 56
HOW DO I JOIN?
Becoming a member is simple:
Scan the QR code and complete the Sprague HOSA Member Registration Form
IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO COMPETE, submit your payment of $20 to the bookkeeper and then show the advisor your receipt of payment. Scholarships are available! Talk to an advisor
Regularly check your email or the website to stay informed
Attend meetings!
In order to compete, you have to be a paid member of HOSA. Dues cost $20 (and some scholarships are available). Here is what you need to do:
Go to the school's bookkeeper and pay your $20 HOSA dues.
Once you pay your $20 fee, show your receipt to an advisor.
Advisors will sign you up with HOSA's National Organization and you will now be eligible to compete.
Scholarships are available for this if needed. Talk to an advisor.
When you have decided what event/events you want to compete in, complete the Intent to Compete Registration Form (the name is linked directly to the form or utilizing the QR code to the right)
